What benefits do I get for being a member?

How many points do I earn and How?

Earn Points for your spends at participating Reliance Retail stores. RelianceOne points do not expire & can be redeemed at any partner store at 70 paise per point. For details on the points earn structure, please click here

If I forget to bring my RelianceOne Card, how will the points be credited?

If you forget to bring the card but remember the card no. you can share the card number with the cashier and be able to earn the points at the time of billing.

OR

If you wish to know your card no. you can give a missed call to 09212999888 or send a SMS “RONE” to 09212999888 and then share the card number with the cashier.

If I forget to bring my RelianceOne Card can the points be credited later?

According to our Terms & Conditions, points cannot be added retrospectively for the purchases done.

How can I know my RelianceOne Points?

You can know your RelianceOne Points by either of the below methods:

  • Login to RelianceOne Website.
  • Login to RelianceOne Mobile App. Download and install mobile app from Google Playstore
  • Give a missed call to 09212999888
  • SMS RONE to 09212999888

SMS ROBAL <space><last 4 digits of your card number> and send it to 56070 through your registered mobile number. The cost of the SMS would be Rs.3/-

Is it necessary to have RelianceOne Card to shop?

No, having a RelianceOne card/ account is not a prerequisite for shopping. However you would miss out on exciting offers if you are not a member of the Loyalty program.

What is the validity of these points?

The points you earn are valid for a lifetime

How many RelianceOne Cards can I have?

As per our Terms & Conditions, each member is entitled for one card. In the event you have multiple cards, you need to block the cards and continue with only one.

I have multiple cards, what should I do?

As per our Terms & Conditions, each member is entitled for one card. In the event of having multiple cards, please select one RelianceOne Card to continue with. Please follow the steps below:

  • Call on our call-centres numbers
  • Mention the card to be retained and the cards from which balances need to be transferred.
  • After the balances are transferred all other cards will be deactivated

OR

  • Log into our website
  • Use the Customer Request facility to transfer the points from the cards to be discontinued into the card to be retained.
  • The other cards will be deactivated after linking

Can my Friends and Family Members use the RelianceOne Card?

Yes, the RelianceOne card can be used by your family members and friends to avail the discount.

Can the RelianceOne Card be used as a credit/debit card?

RelianceOne Card gives a prepaid facility. Load the card with cash and use it as a debit card. You are no longer required to carry cash at the time of billing.

How do I load the RelianceOne Card with cash?

At the time of billing you can ask the cashier to load your RelianceOne Card (also known as Prepaid Card) with cash and submit the cash to the cashier. You can also have the loose change left after billing loaded into your card.

What are the stores/ formats in which I can use the RelianceOne Card?

RelianceOne Card can be used at all stores of the below formats:

  • Reliance Fresh
  • Reliance Smart
  • reliancesmart.in
  • Reliance Trends
  • Reliance Footprint
  • Reliance Jewels
  • Vision Express
  • Vimal

What is the minimum number of points I need to have on my RelianceOne Card to redeem against purchases?

You need to have a minimum of 32 points on your RelianceOne Card to be eligible to redeem against purchases.


What is the RelianceOne Website? Why should I register on RelianceOne Website

RelianceOne Website is a medium through which we would like to stay in touch with our customers. Customers can create an account on the website and

  • Know their point balances and prepaid balances,
  • View and Update their profile details,
  • View their transaction history
  • View exclusive and customised offers.
  • Request various card related services through the website.

This would help us to serve our customers better.

What do I need to create an account on the RelianceOne Website?

All you need is to be a member of the RelianceOne program with a legitimate RelianceOne Card and a registered Mobile No. For rest of the process you would be guided on our website.


What do I do if I have lost my RelianceOne Card?

In the event you lose your RelianceOne Card, please follow these steps:

  • Call on our call centre numbers to hotlist or deactivate the card.
  • Obtain a new card from any of the participating formats of RelianceOne.
  • Call on our call centre numbers to link your lost card balances and transaction history with the new card.

OR

  • Log into our website.
  • Use the Customer Request facility to block the card.
  • Obtain a new card from any of the participating formats of RelianceOne
  • Log into our website.
  • Use the Customer Request facility to link your new card with your lost card.

Can I transfer my points?

Yes, you can transfer your points to a new card. You can follow the steps below to transfer the points:

  • Take the new card
  • Call on our call-centre numbers to transfer balances and transaction history to this new card from your old card.

OR

  • Log into our website
  • Use the Customer Request facility to transfer the points to a new card from your old card
  • Your old card will be automatically deactivated/ blocked

Can I exchange the points for cash?

No, points earned cannot be exchanged for cash. However you can redeem these points against purchases essentially acting as cash.

Can I locate a particular Reliance Retail Store?

Yes, you can. You can go to the RelianceOne Website and use the Store Locator functionality.


Why should I use the Prepaid Feature?

Prepaid feature helps you to have the following advantages:

  • Cashless Transactions
  • Convenience with faster billing time
  • Act as a savings account

The maximum amount that can be loaded at time is Rs. 5000/-

Yes, you can reload the Prepaid Card. Maximum outstanding balance you can have on your card is Rs. 50,000/-

Is the amount on the Prepaid Card valid for a lifetime?

No, unlike the RelianceOne Points which are valid for a lifetime, the amount loaded on the Prepaid Card is valid only for 12 months.

Can I be refunded the amount left on the Prepaid Card at the end of 12 months?

No, the amount left in the Prepaid card after the 12 month validity period will not be refunded.

How can I check my Prepaid Balance?

You can check your Prepaid Balance in any of the following ways:

  • Call our call centre numbers
  • SMS ROBAL <space><last 4 digit of the Card Number> to 56070. The cost of the SMS would be Rs. 3/-
  • Ask the Cashier at the Store
  • Log into RelianceOne Website and View Balances
  • Log into RelianceOne Mobile App and View Balances
